Meet Justin Nahumury

Justin brings broad experience within recruitment, from secondment to sourcing and selection. He is known as a consultant who looks beyond the vacancy alone, with a strong focus on lasting relationships and finding the right solution. Through Ruben Reus he came in contact with Stroom, where the combination of entrepreneurship and content fits well with his way of working. Within Stroom, Justin gets energy from understanding the question behind a hiring need and translating it into a concrete approach. He switches quickly, thinks in structures and knows how to link commercial opportunities to content quality. Outside of work, travel plays an important role. He lived in Australia for a long time but also enjoys being in the kitchen, with a fondness for Moluccan cuisine.
