Creating a long list
Through our candidate database of +15,000 relevant candidates, personal approach to existing candidates, direct search for latent candidates through our own network and LinkedIn, follow up applicants through the ads.

Creating a short list
We provide a selection of candidates that the Stroom consultant believes are suitable for the vacancy and company culture. During in-depth interviews, we tested for the hard and soft skills drawn up from the intake. The Short List is presented to the client in person.

Interviews with your company
Would you rather wait for a Short List or receive the ideal candidate immediately? We manage the selection process, giving you enough time to make well-considered choices - without unnecessary delays. We also ensure that the candidate comes to the table well-prepared and is provided with useful feedback in good time.

Contract phase & Onboarding

We zoom in on the content of the work to get a clear picture of the experience and skills the temporary candidate must possess.

Search
At Stroom, we speak to readily available candidates every week who offer themselves to the job market. Our candidate database provides a detailed overview of this so we can approach them directly with the vacancy. In addition, we actively search through platforms where immediately available candidates can register. We also share the vacancy through various channels, such as our website and LinkedIn, to generate active inflow.

Shortlist
From these searches, a list of suitable candidates who are open for an introduction follows. The immediately available candidates will be introduced to you with their current hourly rate and personal salary.

Interview
You, the client, indicate which candidates you would like to see for an interview. After these interviews, you make your choice. If the candidate is also positive, we immediately draw up the temporary contract.

Week 2
Start
The candidate will be offered a temporary contract through our payroll specialist - Please Payroll. This contract will be digitally signed and you will receive a confirmation with all the details. Now the candidate is all set to start working for you for the agreed period!
