About Rahil Al-Idani
Rahil studied Management, Economics and Law and started her career in retail. For more than ten years, she managed teams within large fashion houses in A-locations. During that period she developed a strong sense for service, quality and building close-knit teams. Yet she felt a need for more personal connection and depth of content.
She found that step in recruitment within the healthcare mediation sector, where she spent three years matching healthcare professionals with organizations that desperately needed them. Through a recruiter, Rahil came in contact with Stroom. The combination of service, speed and quality immediately appealed to her.
Rahil gets energy from getting the focus on the question behind the question and realizing lasting matches between candidate and organization. In her spare time, she likes to discover new restaurants, travels a lot and has a keen interest in fashion.
