As a consultant at Stroom, you are the link between companies and professionals. You will actively build your network, identify client needs, advise on recruitment strategies and conduct targeted searches for the right candidates.
You’ll conduct in-depth interviews, guide talent through their career choices and follow the process from A to Z: from initial contact to successful placement.

What does the training program look like if I have no experience in recruitment?
We train you completely on the job. You start with an intensive onboarding and learn from experienced colleagues. You grow in the job step by step, with plenty of room to ask questions and develop yourself.

You get the space to spot commercial opportunities and build customer relationships, but you are never alone. We work together as a team and support each other in every part of the process.
