As a consultant at Stroom, you are the link between companies and professionals. You will actively build your network, identify client needs, advise on recruitment strategies and conduct targeted searches for the right candidates.

You’ll conduct in-depth interviews, guide talent through their career choices and follow the process from A to Z: from initial contact to successful placement.

Your first weeks at Stroom

This timeline is an example for a starter. Do you have more experience? Then we'll tailor the induction process to what you need to make a quick impact.

Day 1
On your first day of work, everything is ready for you. Your laptop and phone are already waiting, so you can get started right away. In between getting to know your new colleagues, you'll get to know our organization and your role step by step.
Week 1
In your first week, you'll be assigned a buddy and dive deeper into your role. You will learn more about our sectors, the different processes and how everything comes together in practice.
Week 2-4
In the weeks that follow, you will slide into interviews with candidates and clients. This is how you learn about the profession in practice. You can always ask your buddy questions, and we plan regular feedback moments to support your development.
Week 4-8
You will conduct interviews yourself and actively work on open positions. In addition, you will attend regular internal training sessions, so that you can gain a better understanding of your role and the entire recruitment process.
