For our client, an internationally operating logistics service provider and leading player in supply chain management and e-commerce, we are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for a modern, highly automated warehouse environment in the Puttershoek area. You will work in a dynamic setting where technology, data, and international logistics processes come together — a place where you can make a real impact as a leader.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for one of the logistics departments within the warehouse. Your focus is on ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving KPIs, and helping your team perform at their best every day. At the same time, your role goes beyond day-to-day management — you identify opportunities for improvement, implement operational enhancements, and take full ownership of your department.
You will lead Assistant Supervisors and warehouse employees while acting as an important sparring partner to the Warehouse Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team;
- Monitoring and managing KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;
- Leading daily operational meetings and coordinating with workforce planning;
- Identifying and implementing process improvements;
- Working in an environment where automation and system-driven operations are central;
- Creating structure, stability, and results in a fast-paced operation.
You will work in a 3-shift schedule, consisting of early and late shifts, supplemented by periodic night shifts during certain parts of the year. Saturday shifts are also part of the schedule, with applicable shift allowances.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a decisive and hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and enjoys taking ownership.
What you bring:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent working/thinking level);
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor with proven leadership responsibilities;
- Experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations;
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or similar;
- Strong command of the English language;
- Availability to work in shifts;
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset;
- A coaching leadership style and strong communication skills.
