• You will oversee and direct all departments within the site and be held accountable for overall performance.
• Defining the strategic business goals and driving the implementation of innovations to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer partnerships, ensuring strong and strategic relationship.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, driving financial performance and cost efficiency. • Ensure daily distribution targets are met and develop corrective action plans when needed.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operation managers, supervisors, warehouse team leaders and support staff. Ensure staffing levels align with workload demands and seasonal fluctuations.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and analytics tools to monitor KPI’s, identify trends and optimize processes.
• Present and manage operational reports with the board and clients, highlighting performance and improvement opportunities. Organize MBR’s, QBRs and internal business reviews while identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee legal compliance and transportation solutions.
• Manage quality systems and continuous process improvement initiatives.
