Job inhoud
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and administratively managing logistics processes within the warehouse environment. In this position, he/she acts as the first point of contact for customers and ensures the accurate handling of orders and transport-related requests.

- Processing and monitoring inbound and outbound orders;
- Maintaining contact with customers regarding shipment progress;
- Identifying and resolving deviations within logistics processes;
- Coordinating administrative activities related to transport and warehousing;
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
Job vereisten
For this position, the company is looking for a candidate with experience in customer service or logistics services. In addition, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience within logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations;
- Affinity with warehouse and transport processes;
- Good command of English;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
- Accurate and solution-driven working style;
- Availability for 40 hours per week (working in 2 shifts – 6h00-15h00 & 15h00-00h00)
