This international logistics organization specializes in supply chain solutions, warehousing, and transportation services. From the modern facility in Moerdijk, daily operations focus on delivering efficient logistics processes for clients within sectors such as retail.

The organization offers an informal and dynamic working environment where collaboration, quality, and customer focus are key. The Customer Service team plays an essential role between clients and operations while working closely with various internal departments.

Because of a new High Valued Client we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (2 shifts).

 

Job inhoud

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and administratively managing logistics processes within the warehouse environment. In this position, he/she acts as the first point of contact for customers and ensures the accurate handling of orders and transport-related requests.
On a daily basis, responsibilities include:
  • Processing and monitoring inbound and outbound orders;
  • Maintaining contact with customers regarding shipment progress;
  • Identifying and resolving deviations within logistics processes;
  • Coordinating administrative activities related to transport and warehousing;
  • Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
Thanks to a proactive attitude and structured way of working, he/she is able to adapt quickly within a dynamic logistics environment.
 

Job vereisten

For this position, the company is looking for a candidate with experience in customer service or logistics services. In addition, the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Experience within logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations;
  • Affinity with warehouse and transport processes;
  • Good command of English;
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
  • Accurate and solution-driven working style;
  • Availability for 40 hours per week (working in 2 shifts – 6h00-15h00 & 15h00-00h00)
