What you will do on a typical day
- Manage workforce planning and coordination at a logistics site, ensuring the efficient deployment of temporary labour.
- Align workforce strategies with operational objectives and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies and labour providers.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs and workforce trends, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support operational teams by connecting workforce planning with day-to-day execution.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and relevant regulations in all workforce-related activities.

Job vereisten
What you need to succeed
- Solid understanding of Dutch labour law and employment regulations.
- Experience within the staffing or temporary labour industry, including hands-on management of temporary workers and agency relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a data- and KPI-driven mindset, capable of identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level or higher).
- An SEU certification is considered an advantage, but is not required.
- A proactive, flexible and ownership-driven approach to workforce challenges.
- Previous experience in workforce management, workforce planning or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch language skills are preferred.
