What you will do on a typical day

  • Manage workforce planning and coordination at a logistics site, ensuring the efficient deployment of temporary labour.
  • Align workforce strategies with operational objectives and business requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies and labour providers.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs and workforce trends, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Support operational teams by connecting workforce planning with day-to-day execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and relevant regulations in all workforce-related activities.

Job vereisten

What you need to succeed

  • Solid understanding of Dutch labour law and employment regulations.
  • Experience within the staffing or temporary labour industry, including hands-on management of temporary workers and agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data- and KPI-driven mindset, capable of identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level or higher).
  • An SEU certification is considered an advantage, but is not required.
  • A proactive, flexible and ownership-driven approach to workforce challenges.
  • Previous experience in workforce management, workforce planning or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch language skills are preferred.
