Job inhoud

As a Customer Operations Executive (Export), you are responsible for coordinating and managing export-related logistics processes for customers outside Europe. You act as the main point of contact for international customers and ensure that transport, documentation and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer focus and proactive communication are essential. In this role, you interact daily with customers, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure export orders are executed correctly and on time.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and monitor international export shipments outside Europe
  • Prepare, plan and book transportation activities
  • Ensure accurate export documentation and document management
  • Handle invoicing and administrative follow-up
  • Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, claims and non-conformities
  • Proactively respond to customer, country and supplier requirements and regulations
  • Monitor service levels and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external logistics partners
  • Continuously contribute to process and service improvements

Job vereisten

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience within international logistics, export or transport
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Dynamics or similar)
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and strong sense of responsibility
