As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will support the warehouse team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be part of the Control Room what the heart of the organization is.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring optimal performance
- Identifying and investigating issues related to deliveries, storage, or order processing
- Developing and implementing structural solutions to operational challenges
- Collecting and analyzing data to resolve issues and improve processes
- Managing inventory levels and resources
- Communicating and coordinating with various internal departments, including Quality and Customer Service
- Maintaining direct contact with customers when required
- Preparing and sharing reports with stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned
- Proactively identifying ways to prevent recurring issues
Job vereisten
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level (vocational or bachelor’s degree level)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics and a similar role
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (SAP is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Naturally solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and communicatively strong
