We are looking for a fulltime Warehouse Supervisor.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB As warehouse supervisor you will be responsible for the daily end-to-end management of one or more logistics operations. Within this role the supervisor will be responsible for 1 shift with approximately 30 employees. The job will start in a day shift schedule but sometimes we need flexibility.

Job inhoud
The Warehouse Supervisor is part of the Operations team located in the Centralized Distribution Center in Tilburg.
Key activities of the Warehouse Supervisor are:
Monitoring daily and weekly operational progress against forecast and KPI’s and acts on bottle necks and underperformances;
Frequent communication with transport department and carrier on improvements and bottle necks;
Daily communication with (internal) customer on requests regarding performance and/or solutions;
Weekly communication with in-house temp agency regarding employee performance, scale up/down of flex pool and improvements;
Contribute to and share ideas for continuous improvement;
Leading smaller operational change project and actively participate in/contribute to big change projects;
Actively contribute to teambuilding and employee development, have frequent 1:1 session with reports, team meetings and absent follow-up;
Involvement in projects.

3 years supervisor experience in a logistics environment

Data analytics (excel, access)
Open and social
We are looking for an employee with:
