• Planning and facilitating project definitions, including scope, objectives, tasks, and required resources (personnel and budget).
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams by identifying and engaging stakeholders to form an effective team to execute the project plan.
• Monitoring project progress and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and control project schedules and budgets.
• Maintaining project documentation and providing reports on the status, key milestones, risks, and challenges.
• Ensuring thorough risk assessments and developing contingency plans to keep projects on track, accelerate, or halt them if necessary.
• Managing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Supporting other departments such as Operations, Solution Design, and Sales.
• Manage IT and warehouse optimalisation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and IT systems.
• Define and document business requirements and functional specifications.
