Due to the dynamic growth of their company, we are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Manager to play a key role in successfully leading our projects at an European level. 50% of your time you will be traveling between their sites.

Job inhoud

• Planning and facilitating project definitions, including scope, objectives, tasks, and required resources (personnel and budget).
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams by identifying and engaging stakeholders to form an effective team to execute the project plan.
• Monitoring project progress and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and control project schedules and budgets.
• Maintaining project documentation and providing reports on the status, key milestones, risks, and challenges.
• Ensuring thorough risk assessments and developing contingency plans to keep projects on track, accelerate, or halt them if necessary.
• Managing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Supporting other departments such as Operations, Solution Design, and Sales.
• Manage IT and warehouse optimalisation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and IT systems.
• Define and document business requirements and functional specifications. 

Job vereisten

• Strong experience in e-commerce and fulfilment logistics, in a similar role. You are familiar with project management methodologies.
• You will be able to communicate fluently in English, knowledge of an additional European language would be a plus
• A born communicator, enabling you to communicate well at all levels and engaging with multiple stakeholders (internally and externally).
• Excellent organisational skills with the know how to get things done, supported by good time management and the confidence to follow-up.
