Job inhoud

As a Logistics Coördinator, you are responsible for managing and coördinating international customer orders and logistics processes from start to finish. You ensure that orders are executed accurately, transport is arranged efficiently and all related documentation is processed correctly and on time.

You act as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, logistics service providers and internal stakeholders. Thanks to your proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, you ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

What Will You Do?

  • Process and coordinate international customer orders from order entry to final delivery
  • Organize, plan and monitor transportation activities
  • Act as an internal point of contact for colleagues regarding logistics, documentation, regulations and supply chain processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely document management, including invoicing
  • Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, carriers and other external partners
  • Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Handle operational issues, delivery discrepancies and claims
  • Monitor service levels, deadlines and contractual agreements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure successful order execution

Job vereisten

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably
  • Affinity with international logistics, supply chain, export or customer operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude and a drive to achieve results
