Job inhoud

Lead a team of 30 employees, including direct supervision of 4 managers Technical Service
and Facility Managers. This is a national role and due to future growth of Arvato this team will
potentially grow as well.
• Strategic development of technical maintenance and facility management within Arvato.
• Further develop standards for mechanizations, technology, processes, and system support.
• Establish service levels to achieve business objectives.
• Budget management for the technical and facility cluster.
• Develop strategies for the management of spare parts and supplier contracts.
• Risk management and optimization of business processes.
• Oversee the multi-year maintenance plan and its implementation.
• Responsible for asset management and maintenance of buildings and installations.
• Implement LEAN methodologies within the department.
• Manage projects within the department
• Develop the team by coaching and training

Job vereisten

• HBO+/University level of education.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in maintenance management, preferably in
contract logistics or (process) industry.
• Experience in running up a maintenance organization.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and risk assessment.
• Customer-oriented attitude and outstanding planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
