Manage the logistics operation of the warehouse in order to achieve the logistics targets and optimize customer satisfaction; initiate projects in order to constantly improve operation efficiency and reduce costs. The role is based in Born (occasional travel to Tilburg, Delft or other locations is required). You are responsible for: Own, maintain and improve overall site performance KPIs (Dock-to-stock time, On-time Ship out, On-time Delivery, Order Completeness, IOD availability, Stock integrity); Lead the Management Team consisting of Warehouse Operation lead Outbound Transport lead, Business support, Facilities and HRBP to consistently deliver customer satisfaction. Own and review site P&L performance and act where needed Presenting and proposing business cases and ROI reports to client leadership in order get approval for projects and point of contact for client management and other SDS departments; Establish and maintain senior relationship with Transportation LSPs and Staffing agencies in order to continuously improve performance and KPI Levels; Act as owner of site projects, supervise project management planning & budget control; Support new business implementations at the warehouse site Own all personnel related topics within the department – in alignment with the HR department
