Role Overview

As a Project Manager Supply Chain, you will lead various initiatives aimed at optimizing growth, processes, and systems within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will oversee large-scale projects, ensure alignment with stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s ambitious business and transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Focus

  • Supervise the supply chain network, including distribution centers, hubs, and cross-docks across Europe.
  • Manage multiple annual DC openings and related projects to support business growth and development.

2. Project Engagement

  • Participate in initiatives that align with the supply chain business and transformation agenda.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

3. Goal Realization

  • Act as an expert to deliver project goals, focusing on cost efficiency, service levels, and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with project scope, timeframes, and budgets.

Your Team

You will join a team of professionals within the Supply Chain Support & Processes department. The team drives process, system, and optimization projects for a rapidly expanding supply chain network. Working alongside project managers, subject matter experts, and business representatives, you will be part of the Project Office and report to the Manager Portfolio and Project Office.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects, preferably in supply chain or retail.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multidisciplinary, international, and fast-growing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in large-scale change management and project management.
  • Proficient in English at a professional level.
