- Ensuring that services are executed in such a way that they can be realized efficiently and at the required qualitative and quantitative level;
- Capacity planning (staff, materials) in the short- and medium-term building strategy for long-term staff development;
- Implementation of change and improvement processes across the entire operation;
- Ensuring collaboration between all parties in the entire order-to-cash process and avoid silo-thinking;
- Total Cost ownership for Warehouse and Operations
- Leading, developing and delivering performance improvement plans ensuring the achievement of budgets and overall company performance targets.
Job vereisten
- Bachelor or Master degree (in for example: Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering)
- 5-7 years’ experience in an operations environment;
- Analytical and strategic thinking with good business acumen and the ability to think from the ‘customers’ perspective;
- Extensive demonstrable experience in a contract logistics environment;
- Strong financial knowledge covering budget forecasting.
