Job inhoud

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you play an important role in the launch of a new customer at the brand-new warehouse in Echt. You support daily operations, solve system and process issues, and use data to continuously improve processes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Resolving operational and system-related issues;
  • Analyzing orders, inventory and processes using SAP and Excel;
  • Creating reports and sharing insights;
  • Conducting root cause analyses;
  • Monitoring data quality and warehouse processes;
  • Identifying and implementing improvements;
  • Supporting the successful implementation of the new customer.

You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support and Supervisors. With advanced technology and automation, this new warehouse offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on the operation. Flexibility in working hours is preferred.

Job vereisten

We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional who feels at home in a dynamic warehouse environment and understands logistics processes.

  • MBO+ / HBO level of working and thinking;
  • 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, transport or warehouse environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data;
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills;
  • Good knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound and inventory management;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where processes and systems are continuously being developed;
  • Accurate, proactive and solution-oriented;
  • Available full-time and flexible when operational needs require it.

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
