KEY ACTIVITIES The Warehouse Manager is part of the operational management team in the centralized distribution centers in Tilburg and reporting to the Operations Manager Tilburg.
The Warehouse Manager leads a team of Warehouse Supervisors. Together the team is responsible for the entire logistic operation of the allocated customers inside the warehouses and the related operational teams. Next to this he/she serves as back-up for other warehouse managers.

The key activities of the Warehouse Manager are:
ļø Manage daily allocated warehouse operations and processes
ļø Organize and communicate operational priorities with supervisors, aligned with forecast expectations;
ļø Daily reporting of operational progress towards customers and operational Manager;
ļø Liaise with relevant stakeholders (internal, customer, supplier, etc.);
ļø Act as the central point of contact for various departments in the SDSNL organization;
ļø Maintain and develop resource & labor pool management;
ļø Team/individual capability development and target setting;
ļø Prepare and/or attend relevant daily, weekly and monthly review session;
ļø KPI development, analysis and monitoring;
ļø Operational activity modelling and productivity setting;
ļø Operational data analysis;
ļø Validating business requirement and driving/supporting solution design;
ļø Drive, realize and implement process improvement initiatives to improve companiesā market position in collaboration with employees.

Job vereisten
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with strong social skills in communication towards the team and internal and external customers. Our ideal candidate has:
ļø Minimum of 3 yearsā experience leading a team within an operational environment;
ļø Experience in warehousing/ SCM (scope over 20.000m2/ over 100 FTE);
Ā Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch;
ļø Experience with ERP and WMS systems;
ļø Experienced with Microsoft office(excel)
ļø Strong cultural and communication skills;
ļø Strong analytical skills;
ļø Experience with automation/ innovation of warehouses is a plus.

ļø Realistic & Pragmatic
ļø Able to adapt to changing circumstances
